Do I need to move out during a remodel?

For most projects, no. Many of our clients stay in their homes throughout the work. For large-scale renovations that affect plumbing or major systems throughout the house, we will talk through what makes the most sense for your family before anything starts.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. For projects that require permits in South Carolina, we pull them. You do not have to worry about navigating that process.
