We handle everything from single-room updates to complete home renovations — and we bring the same standard to every project.

Working With Our Team Of Experts

The Floor It And More Experience.

No two projects are the same, and we do not treat them like they are. Every engagement starts with a conversation — what do you want the space to feel like, how does your family use it, and what is your realistic budget?

From there, we build a plan that makes sense. We have helped homeowners completely gut and rebuild main living floors, install new flooring throughout the house while simultaneously tackling bathroom renovations and exterior work, and everything in between. The scope is up to you. The quality is always on us.

What Sets Us Apart?

We Do It All.

Once of the biggest complaints we hear from prospective clients is working with different contractors and teams. Keeping track of different schedules, appointments, point of contacts and lack communication between the the different companies.

The reason home owners have to deal with this is most companies are specialize in one area. They do kitchens OR bathrooms OR flooring — and when you need something adjacent to that, they bring in a sub contractor who may or may not show up.

That’s what makes us different. Our team handles it all. We do not sub-contract and all of our team members are experts in their area. This allows for a single point of contact (our owner, Flavio) cohesive design and, most importantly, an organized plan.

Quality Is Consistent

When the same team that does your floors also does your tile, your paint, and your trim, everything works together. There is no finger-pointing between trades when a finish line does not match.

Communication Is Simplified

You have one number to call. You know exactly who is responsible for everything.

We Work With Your Schedule

Multi-trade projects move faster when the crew does not have to wait on outside subcontractors to show up.

Home Remodeling & Renovation FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a home remodeling project take?

It depends entirely on the scope. A single-room update might take one to two weeks. A multi-room or whole-home renovation can take two to six months. We give you a realistic timeline before work starts — and we stick to it. If something changes, we tell you immediately.

Do I need to move out during a remodel?

For most projects, no. Many of our clients stay in their homes throughout the work. For large-scale renovations that affect plumbing or major systems throughout the house, we will talk through what makes the most sense for your family before anything starts.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. For projects that require permits in South Carolina, we pull them. You do not have to worry about navigating that process.

How do I verify a contractor's license in South Carolina?

You can verify any contractor’s license through the South Carolina Contractors’ Licensing Board website. Floor It And More is a licensed general contractor in the state.

What is the difference between a general contractor and a specialty contractor?

A general contractor manages the full scope of a project and can work across multiple trades. A specialty contractor focuses on one — like plumbing or electrical. For a home remodeling project that touches more than one trade, a licensed general contractor is the right choice.

Do you offer free estimates?
